Cow Bells is owned and operated by Daniel Oliveira. Daniel was born in Austin and has 12 years of restaurant experience under his belt. While attending Westlake High School, Daniel started bussing tables at his uncle's restaurant, Players, which is located close to the University of Texas. Eventually, he started making the burgers, working the fryer, and became manager while earning a degree at Texas State University. After gaining a good amount of restaurant knowledge from his uncle, Daniel was ready to try something on his own. So on May 1, 2012, Cow Bells was born!

Cow Bells is located in the South Shore Eatery, a lovely little food trailer park with a great view of downtown Austin and Lady Bird Lake. We are a BYOB establishment and dog friendly, so feel free to bring along your favorite bottle of vino and the dogs. There's plenty of free parking in the garage and if there's no available parking up front, park in the designated spots marked "retail parking."
Cow Bells Burger Catering will purchase all produce, beef, turkey and fixings on the day of your event, drive our food trailer to your location, and prepare fresh burgers to order onsite. YES, THAT'S RIGHT, we do not deliver food, WE PREPARE OUR BURGERS ON LOCATION! Please note we only serve 15-miles from central Austin, require an (80) burger minimum and appreciate your advance booking.
